Instructions and Admission Procedure

Eligibility Criteria
The Applicant should have clean academic record throughout his /her education in school / college life.
The applicant must have secured minimum 50% marks in individual subjects Physics /Chemistry / Maths in class 12th and for B.Sc. Students (in PCM), 50% aggregate marks are required for AMAeSI .
For Poly. Diploma holders (Any Stream) minimum 50% aggregate marks are required for AMAeSI.
No percentage restriction in case of I.E.T.E. (Information Technology / Computer Science & Engineering and Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering) for 12th/B.Sc./Diploma passed students.
The applicant must have Passed in 10+2 level with English and secured at least 45% marks in aggregate as well as 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for AMIE(Non-Diploma Stream)
No percentage restrictions for Poly. Diploma holders for AMIE(Diploma Stream)
No percentage restrictions for 10th pass students in any branch.

Admission Procedure

Entrance examination is not required to get admission for these Degree/Diploma Training/Coaching Courses and the Admission is open for both boys and girls.
As seats are limited admission will be allotted strictly on a "First Come-First Serve” basis.
Four passport size photographs, Four stamp size photographs, Two sets of attested Xerox copies of mark sheet should be attached with the application form along with affidavit given in the admission form duly executed.

Two self addressed envelopes of size 9" x 4" bearing the postal stamps worth Rs. 10/- each.
A Demand Draft for Rs. 18,400/- as Admission Fee favoring Academy of Aviation Engineering & Technology payable at

Visakhapatnam must be submitted / Sent along with the Admission Form. No admission form will be accepted without Admission Fee and Affidavit duly executed.
Admission confirmation notice will be sent to the selected candidate by post / by hand as feasible and in case admission is not granted the full fee will be refunded.
Identity Card along with file can be collected from the office of the Institute.

MEDIA FOR INSTRUCTIONS AND EXAMINATION
The lectures are delivered in English .Examination conducted by the Examination Authority is in English. As we have generally seen that the newly admitted students in the Engineering courses are weak in English. They feel great difficulty in pursuing their studies in English. For such students the Institute would manage coaching in English language for a very nominal fee.

ATTENDANCE
90% Attendance per subject per semester is essential to each individual students.

RAGGING
Ragging among the Junior and Senior students is strictly prohibited within and out of the premises of the Institute. A cordial relationship among the students is desirable and any violation of the disciplinary rules may put a students in to a serious trouble.

REFUND OF FEE
The Admission Fee & the Other Fee paid by the student is spent on the Institute for providing better facilities to the students and also to meet the huge advertisement expenses, maintenance and other related activities to provide quality in education. Hence no refund of fee is permissible once a candidate has been admitted to the institute. The fee and the other charges once paid will under no circumstances be refundable, transferable or adjusted even if a student does not attend even a single class. Students discontinuing in the middle of the course will forfiet the fee, other charge and security deposit.

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
The director reserves to himself the right to mark additions or alteration to the existing rules, working hours, time table, fee structure and mode of learning as may be deemed necessary from time to time.

LEGAL JURISDICTION
In case of any dispute between the management of the Institute and students, parents or guardian only the civil court in Visakhapatnam will have legal jurisdiction.
